No its not a way to make babies for infertile couples or an STD.

Its Individual Voter registration and is something the Government had until this week agreed with in principle yet not introduced. That has changed as you can see here and here.

Its a major plank of my campaign at work so this week was a good one. Now we just have to convince the Government about ID at the ballot box and donation caps.
